Online orders are mostly made to order and usually takes about 2 weeks. For any questions please contact me here.
Australia Post will handle your package. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel has been booked.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return items bought on the online store, items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swing ticket attached.
To request an exchange, please contact here.
All return and exchange requests must be made within 7 business days of receiving the item in order for a return request to be processed.
Customers are responsible for paying the return postage cost.
Once you have received your return approval via email, you can post your package to the address provided via the confirmation email.
Once items have been received in original condition you will receive your full refund.
