Free local shipping for orders over R1000.
Online orders are mostly made to order therefore we require some time to make up your garment. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions regarding delivery time.
We always aim to deliver within 3 - 8 days after your order has been received.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel has been booked for collection. ***Sometimes it take a bit of time for you to be able to track your parcel, just be patient and try again later. Once the order is complete your item will reach you within 1-3 business days depending on your location. Deliveries will be made by The Courier Guy.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return items bought on the online store, items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swing ticket attached.
To request an exchange, please email us, using the Contact option on the website with your reason for exchanging or returning.
All return and exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the item in order for a return request to be processed.
Customers are responsible for paying the return courier cost.
Once you receive your return approval via email, you can courier your package to the address provided via the confirmation email. * Postnet has courier services / all major Pic a Pay stores offer the ARAMAX courier service.
Once we have received your items in original condition you will receive your full refund.
Shipping Rates are calculated based on weight and your location.
Rates are calculated at checkout. For orders under 2kg the following estimated shipping rates can be expected:
USA: ZAR 580
Europe: ZAR 450
UK: ZAR 450
Australia / New Zealand: ZAR 680
Orders are expected to arrive within 4-10 days, orders include tracking information and can be traced online.
Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by their receiving country
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit and do not accept returns on international orders.
