Free local shipping!
Processed and delivery time for orders will differ. Online orders are mostly made to order therefore we require some time to make up your garment. Please feel free to email us if you have any questions regarding delivery time.
We always aim to deliver within a week.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel has been booked for collection. Once the order is complete your item will reach you within 1-3 business days depending on your location. Deliveries will be made by The Courier Guy.
The option for international shipping is not yet available. Working on it though!
Returns & Exchanges
If you bought any items at the CONVOY store and wish to return or exchange it please return directly to the store.
If you wish to return items bought on the online store, items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swing ticket attached.
To request an exchange, please email us, using the Contact option on the website with your order number and reason for exchanging or returning.
All return and exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the item in order for a return request to be processed.
Customers are responsible for paying the return courier cost.
Once you receive your return approval via email, you can courier your package to the address provided via the confirmation email. * Postnet has courier services / all major Pic a Pay stores offer the ARAMAX courier service.
Items bought on the online store must o be returned to the Johannesburg CONVOY store, but only EFT refunds can be made, CONVOY is not liable for making refunds for product bought online.
Once we have received your items in original condition you will receive your full refund through EFT.
